Clinical Procedures Course

In July 2012, Dr. Hagmann ran a procedures course for Deployment Medicine International. An RMI instructor was there to help Doc with the course.

Dr. Hagmann has been running these courses around the world for many years. He has been offering them in the UK as well. This course was located near Hereford. Information for this course can be found on the DMI website.

The Procedures Course is five days long and offers tuition for many difficult medical skills that are often taught incorrectly and can cause unneeded pain for the patient. Dr. Hagmann insists that these procedures can be taught to be applied painlessly using local anesthetics.

   The course included:

Arterial Blood Gas collecting

Painless Cannulation

Dental Blocks

External Jugular Cannulation

Femoral Blocks

Ice Bucket Test for Morphine Pain Relief

Nasogastric Tubes

Plantar Blocks

Rib Blocks

Located in Pengethley Manor
